Platform legal document

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PayForIt processes information connected to accounts, digital products, one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, payments, support, moderation, security, affiliate tracking, referral rewards, and buyer access. PayForIt is operated by RVV Pro Games. For privacy, business, billing, refund, subscription, or legal questions, contact business@payforit.io.

1. Information We Process

PayForIt may process information that is necessary to create and operate user accounts, protect the platform, deliver digital products, manage seller dashboards, process support tickets, track affiliate activity, record referral rewards, operate monthly subscriptions, send product update notifications, and maintain the internal balance ledger. This can include account identifiers, email addresses, display names, password-related security data, login sessions, cookies, device and browser information, IP addresses, technical logs, product records, purchase records, subscription records, affiliate link activity, referral records, support messages, moderation notes, payment provider identifiers, billing status, and transaction metadata.

PayForIt does not normally require buyers or sellers to submit identity documents directly to PayForIt in order to buy, sell, subscribe, upload products, or use standard platform features. However, some information used by the platform, such as email addresses, guest subscription emails, IP addresses, cookies, account identifiers, transaction logs, subscription logs, and support tickets, may still be considered personal data under privacy laws. PayForIt processes this information only for legitimate platform, security, payment, support, subscription, delivery, and legal purposes.

2. Business Operator and Contact

PayForIt is operated by RVV Pro Games. PayForIt provides software tools for protected digital product delivery, seller dashboards, payment links, monthly subscription links, buyer access, affiliate promotion, referral tracking, support workflows, and internal balance records.

The official business and privacy contact email for PayForIt is business@payforit.io. Users may contact this address for privacy questions, account data questions, billing issues, refund requests, subscription cancellation support, product access issues, or legal notices.

3. Account, Login, Cookies, and Session Data

When a user registers, logs in, or uses the platform, PayForIt may store account and session information so the user can stay logged in until logout, access protected dashboard pages, manage products, view purchases, manage subscriptions, open the library, and use platform tools. Session data can include cookies, authentication tokens, security identifiers, login timestamps, and technical data needed to keep the account secure.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to remember login status, protect against abuse, support Google login or other authentication providers, route users to the correct dashboard, prevent unauthorized access, keep guest access active where allowed, and maintain the basic operation of the service. Users can clear cookies in their browser, but doing so may log them out, remove guest access recognition from that browser, or make some platform features unavailable until they log in again or restore access through support.

4. Product Files, Seller Content, and Administrative Review

Sellers and creators may upload digital files, previews, product titles, product descriptions, prices, subscription prices, delivery settings, public product pages, update files, and related product metadata. PayForIt does not claim ownership over seller files or digital products. However, the platform must be able to store, display, deliver, protect, process, update, and moderate those files in order to operate the service.

PayForIt administrators may access and review product files, previews, product pages, seller activity, buyer access records, subscriber records, sales logs, subscription logs, affiliate links, referral records, support tickets, and moderation data when reasonably necessary for support, fraud prevention, payment review, subscription review, abuse investigation, security, legal compliance, copyright review, or enforcement of the Terms of Service and Seller Rules. This means administrators may be able to see what a seller uploads, sells, updates, and delivers through the platform.

If content appears to violate platform rules, third-party rights, payment rules, or applicable law, PayForIt may remove the content, disable the product, restrict access, preserve relevant logs, suspend payouts, or take other action described in the Terms of Service and Seller Rules.

5. Payment Data, Subscription Billing, and Internal Ledger

PayForIt may process payment-related information to record purchases, activate subscription access, process subscription renewals, calculate platform fees, credit seller balances, credit affiliate commissions, credit referral rewards, review withdrawals, resolve buyer issues, and prevent fraud. Depending on the payment method and payment partner, the buyer may see a card, crypto, or other available payment method, while PayForIt may receive, record, convert, or settle value through supported payment rails or crypto-denominated accounting, including USDC or another supported digital asset.

For monthly subscription products, PayForIt may store and process subscription status, subscription identifiers, payment provider customer identifiers, checkout identifiers, invoice identifiers, billing period dates, renewal status, failed payment status, cancellation status, access status, guest subscription email, and internal ledger records needed to operate recurring access and billing.

The internal balance shown inside PayForIt is a platform ledger record used to track eligible earnings, deductions, fees, commissions, referrals, refunds, chargebacks, withdrawal requests, subscription payments, renewal payments, and administrative adjustments. PayForIt may retain transaction records, subscription records, ledger entries, support evidence, and payment status information for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and operational security.

PayForIt does not need to store full card numbers or third party payment credentials when those are handled by external payment processors. Payment partners may process their own payment data under their own privacy and compliance rules.

6. Guest Buyer Email and Subscription Notifications

Guest buyers may be asked to provide an email address after a purchase or after subscribing to a monthly product. This email may be used to send product access information, subscription access information, payment confirmation information, support messages, and product update notifications when the seller adds new files to a subscription product.

For logged-in users, PayForIt may use the email connected to the user account for purchase confirmations, subscription confirmations, renewal notifications, failed payment notices, product update notifications, support messages, and other service-related communications. These emails are operational messages related to the user's account, purchase, subscription, or access, not unrelated marketing messages.

If a guest buyer does not provide an email address, PayForIt may have limited ability to send future access links, product update notifications, subscription notices, or support messages. Guest buyers are responsible for keeping their access information secure and contacting support if they lose access.

7. KYC and Third-Party Verification

PayForIt does not normally require identity documents directly from sellers or buyers to use the platform. Users should not submit identity documents to PayForIt unless a specific official process requests them. In normal operation, PayForIt is focused on account, product, transaction, subscription, support, and security data rather than direct identity-document collection.

For large payments, suspicious activity, risk review, payment disputes, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, a third-party payment processor, crypto provider, on-ramp/off-ramp service, bank partner, or compliance provider may request identity verification from a buyer or user. That request is made by the third party, not directly by PayForIt. PayForIt does not store third-party identity documents unless expressly stated in a separate notice, but it may receive limited status information such as whether a payment, subscription, payout, or verification was approved, rejected, pending, or under review.

8. Support Tickets, Refunds, Disputes, and Buyer Issues

When users contact support or open a ticket, PayForIt may process the information included in the ticket, including user identity within the platform, guest email, product references, payment references, subscription references, screenshots, messages, buyer access status, subscriber status, seller responses, delivery logs, refund requests, cancellation requests, and dispute evidence. This information is used to investigate and resolve product issues, missing access, duplicate payments, refund requests, chargebacks, subscription billing issues, cancellation support, content complaints, technical problems, and policy violations.

Support and dispute records may be retained where necessary to prevent repeated abuse, defend against chargebacks, document moderation decisions, comply with payment partner rules, or prove how a ticket was handled. Users should not include unnecessary sensitive information in support tickets unless it is directly needed to resolve the issue.

9. Affiliate and Referral Tracking

PayForIt may process affiliate and referral information to generate tracking links, attribute sales, attribute subscription payments, calculate commissions, calculate referral rewards, detect abuse, and prevent fake activity. This can include affiliate link codes, referral codes, click records, conversion records, purchase attribution, subscription attribution, renewal attribution, commission percentages, earned amounts, product references, timestamps, and technical data needed to validate legitimate tracking.

Affiliate and referral data may be reviewed or adjusted if the platform detects self-referrals, fake traffic, bot activity, misleading promotion, unauthorized advertising, duplicate accounts, suspicious purchases, suspicious subscriptions, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or any activity that appears designed to manipulate commissions or rewards.

10. How We Use Information

PayForIt uses information to provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, keep users logged in, process purchases, activate subscriptions, process recurring billing status, deliver digital products, send access and update notifications, maintain seller and buyer dashboards, calculate balances, process withdrawals, support affiliate and referral systems, provide customer support, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, moderate content, enforce legal policies, comply with payment partner requirements, and improve platform reliability.

PayForIt may also use aggregated or non-identifying analytics to understand product performance, platform usage, sales activity, subscription activity, conversion trends, abuse patterns, and system reliability. Where possible, operational analytics are used in a way that minimizes unnecessary exposure of individual user information.

11. Sharing Information With Third Parties

PayForIt may share limited information with service providers and partners when necessary to operate the platform. These may include payment processors, subscription billing processors, crypto settlement providers, hosting providers, database providers, email providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, security services, legal advisors, compliance partners, and support tools.

Information may also be shared when required to process a transaction, process recurring subscription billing, send service emails, investigate fraud, respond to a legal request, enforce the Terms of Service, protect users, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or protect the platform from legal, security, payment, or operational risk. PayForIt does not sell identity documents and does not use third-party identity documents for unrelated marketing purposes.

12. Data Retention

PayForIt retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, deliver products, operate subscriptions, support recurring billing records, support payments, calculate balances, resolve disputes, process support tickets, enforce rules, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. Some records may remain after account closure if they are necessary for transaction history, subscription history, dispute defense, fraud prevention, moderation evidence, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Uploaded products may be removed when deleted by the seller, removed by administrators, or restricted due to policy violations. However, limited records related to removed products may be retained where necessary to document moderation, resolve buyer tickets, investigate abuse, support subscription or payment history, or comply with legal obligations.

13. Security

PayForIt uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect accounts, sessions, product files, payment records, subscription records, guest access records, and platform systems. These measures may include access controls, authentication protections, session cookies, server logging, permission controls, admin review workflows, secure storage practices, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, using secure devices, keeping access links private where appropriate, and contacting support if they suspect unauthorized access, account takeover, payment abuse, subscription abuse, or content misuse.

14. User Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain account-related information. Some requests may be limited where PayForIt must retain information for security, payment processing, subscription processing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, accounting, or enforcement of platform rules.

Users may log out, clear browser cookies, close support tickets, delete eligible products, request account-related assistance, or request subscription cancellation support through support. Removing cookies may end active sessions and may remove guest access recognition from that browser. Deleting a product may not automatically erase all transaction, buyer access, subscription, dispute, or moderation records connected to that product.

Privacy or account data requests may be sent to business@payforit.io. PayForIt may need enough information to identify the relevant account, transaction, subscription, product, or support record before acting on a request.

15. Policy Updates

PayForIt may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, payment integrations, subscription billing processes, crypto settlement processes, moderation tools, affiliate systems, referral features, legal obligations, or security requirements evolve. Updated versions may be published through the legal section or inside the platform interface.

Continued use of PayForIt after a policy update may be treated as acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by applicable law. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Seller Rules, Refund Policy, and any other platform policies regularly.

16. Privacy Contact
