Platform legal document
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when using PayForIt as a seller, buyer, subscriber, affiliate, referrer, or visitor. PayForIt is operated by RVV Pro Games. For business, billing, support, refund, or legal questions, contact business@payforit.io.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PayForIt platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of seller accounts, buyer activity, subscription access, generated payment links, affiliate links, referral rewards, platform balance, support tickets, moderation processes, and access to digital products distributed through the platform.
If a user does not agree with these terms, the user should not create an account, upload content, purchase products, subscribe to products, promote products, use referral links, or otherwise use the platform. Continued use of PayForIt may be treated as acceptance of the current Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Seller Rules, Refund Policy, and any additional policies displayed inside the platform.
2. Business Operator and Contact
PayForIt is operated by RVV Pro Games. PayForIt provides software tools for digital product sales, protected product pages, payment links, subscription links, buyer access, seller dashboards, affiliate promotion, referral tracking, support workflows, and digital delivery.
The official business contact email for PayForIt is business@payforit.io. Users may contact this address for business questions, billing questions, payment issues, refund requests, product access issues, subscription questions, account issues, or legal notices.
3. Platform Purpose and Role
PayForIt is a technology platform that provides sellers and creators with tools to upload digital products, create secure product pages, generate payment links, offer monthly subscription products, monitor sales, manage affiliate promotion, and track internal balances. PayForIt is an infrastructure provider and marketplace layer. It is not the creator, owner, publisher, or automatic endorser of the files, products, descriptions, previews, or digital content uploaded by users.
Sellers and creators remain fully responsible for the content they upload, list, describe, promote, sell, update, and deliver through PayForIt. PayForIt does not claim ownership over uploaded files or digital products. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all rights in uploaded products remain with the seller, creator, or lawful rights holder. The platform only receives the limited permission required to host, process, display, deliver, moderate, and technically operate the product through the PayForIt service.
Buyers may access eligible products as guests or as logged-in users. Guest buyers use a protected access flow linked to the purchase or subscription. Logged-in users may additionally see eligible purchases or active access inside their platform account where available. The platform may show previews, product information, sales information, seller dashboards, affiliate tracking, subscription status, and delivery status in order to operate the service.
4. Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity performed through their account. The platform may offer standard email/password access, Google-based sign-in, password recovery workflows, and administrative access controls.
Users must provide accurate account information and must not create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, automated, or unlawful purposes. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if PayForIt believes that the account was created using false information, harmful automation, payment abuse, content abuse, policy evasion, or any activity that may harm the platform, buyers, sellers, payment partners, or other users.
PayForIt does not normally require sellers or buyers to complete identity verification directly with PayForIt in order to browse, buy, subscribe, or sell digital products. However, third-party payment processors, crypto providers, compliance partners, or risk systems may ask for identity verification in certain situations, including high-value transactions, suspicious activity, fraud review, regulatory review, or payment risk checks. When such verification is requested by a third-party provider, it is handled by that provider and not stored by PayForIt unless expressly stated in a separate notice.
5. Seller Responsibility and Uploaded Content
Sellers are solely responsible for every file, preview, description, product title, product price, subscription price, delivery method, external claim, update, notification, and promotional statement connected to their products. Sellers must have the legal right to upload, sell, distribute, license, update, or otherwise provide access to the content they publish through PayForIt.
PayForIt does not automatically verify every product before it is listed. The availability of a product on the platform does not mean that PayForIt owns it, approves every claim made by the seller, guarantees its quality, or confirms that the seller has all required rights. If a seller violates the rights of another person or entity, the seller is responsible for that violation.
By uploading content, the seller confirms that the content is legal in the seller's jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where it is offered, that all required rights and consents have been obtained, and that the product does not violate these Terms, the Seller Rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, payment rules, or applicable law.
6. Prohibited Content and Restricted Products
PayForIt may remove or restrict products, accounts, files, descriptions, previews, links, or promotions that create legal, payment, safety, security, compliance, or reputational risk. Sellers must not upload, sell, promote, or distribute products that are unlawful, unauthorized, deceptive, harmful, abusive, infringing, or prohibited by payment provider rules.
Strictly prohibited content includes any content involving minors, exploitation of children, non-consensual private material, coercion, trafficking, real physical violence, threats, abuse, or content that promotes or depicts unlawful harm. The platform also prohibits products that contain or distribute malware, credential theft tools, phishing kits, unauthorized access tools, stolen databases, leaked personal data, hacked accounts, private information sold without consent, or any digital product designed to compromise systems, accounts, devices, wallets, or networks.
PayForIt may also remove or restrict products that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, contractual rights, or any other third-party rights. Content may be removed even if the seller believes it is lawful, if PayForIt determines that keeping the product online creates unacceptable legal, payment, security, moderation, or reputational risk.
7. Payments, Fees, and Platform Balance
Products may be paid for through payment methods made available by the platform or its payment partners. PayForIt may support card payments, crypto-related settlement flows, payment links, checkout sessions, and other supported payment methods. Payment availability may depend on the buyer location, seller settings, payment provider rules, risk checks, technical availability, and compliance review.
Regardless of the payment method visible to the buyer, PayForIt may receive, record, convert, or settle payments through supported payment rails or crypto-denominated accounting, including USDC or another supported digital asset. The platform balance shown to a seller, affiliate, or referrer is an internal ledger record used to track eligible earnings, fees, commissions, deductions, and withdrawal requests.
The platform may charge transaction-based fees, operational deductions, platform fees, affiliate commissions, referral rewards, network fees, payment processor fees, or other fees described in the platform interface or legal documentation. Sellers are responsible for reviewing the current payout, commission, and fee rules before using the platform for commercial activity.
Withdrawals may be reviewed before payout and can be delayed, rejected, adjusted, or suspended in the event of compliance review, fraud-risk review, policy violation, suspicious activity, buyer disputes, chargeback concerns, technical issues, payment provider restrictions, sanctions screening, or incomplete account verification requested by a third-party provider.
8. Monthly Subscription Products
Sellers may create products that are offered as monthly subscriptions. A subscription product gives the buyer access to the product while the subscription remains active and payment continues to be successfully processed. Subscription products may include existing files, future updates, added files, and seller update notifications where available.
When a buyer subscribes to a monthly product, the buyer authorizes the payment provider to charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled, expires, fails, or is otherwise ended according to the platform and payment provider rules. The displayed monthly price is the recurring subscription price for that product unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Subscription billing may be processed by a third-party payment provider. PayForIt may store subscription status, payment provider identifiers, billing period dates, renewal status, access status, and internal ledger records needed to operate the subscription. The payment provider may separately apply its own checkout, payment, authorization, failed payment, and cancellation rules.
Logged-in buyers may have subscription access linked to their PayForIt account. Guest buyers may receive access through a protected guest access flow and may be asked to save an email address after payment so that PayForIt can send access information and future product update notifications.
If a seller adds new files to a subscription product, active subscribers may receive an email notification where an email address is available. Product updates do not guarantee that every subscription product will receive new files at a fixed schedule unless the seller clearly states such a schedule in the product description.
9. Subscription Cancellation, Failed Payments, and Access
A subscription remains active while the relevant payment provider confirms successful recurring payments and the product remains available. If a recurring payment fails, is disputed, reversed, expires, or cannot be processed, PayForIt may mark the subscription as past due, restrict access, pause delivery, or end access according to the payment provider status and the platform's internal records.
Buyers may request subscription assistance or cancellation support by contacting business@payforit.io or by using the support system available on the platform. Cancellation handling may depend on the payment provider used for the subscription. When cancellation is completed, future recurring charges should stop according to the payment provider's processing rules.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for past subscription periods that were already delivered or made available. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period where supported, or it may end when the subscription status is cancelled, expired, failed, or otherwise deactivated.
10. Buyer Access and Digital Delivery
The PayForIt buying process is designed for fast digital delivery. A buyer opens a product page or payment link, reviews the product information and available preview, chooses an available payment method, completes payment, and receives access to the purchased or subscribed digital product through a secure access flow. Depending on the product and account status, the buyer may access the product as a guest through a direct access flow or, if logged in, through the buyer's account where available.
Digital delivery may include access to uploaded files, private download links, product pages, media previews, archives, images, videos, documents, software files, or other digital products. Access may be instant after successful payment, but can be delayed or blocked if payment confirmation fails, the product is removed, the seller disables the product, the transaction is flagged for review, the subscription is not active, or an administrator determines that the product violates platform rules.
Buyers are responsible for saving their access information and using the purchased or subscribed product in accordance with the seller's license terms and platform rules. A purchase or subscription does not give the buyer ownership of PayForIt, the platform, or any rights beyond the access or license offered by the seller. Reselling, leaking, redistributing, or sharing purchased content without permission may violate these Terms and the rights of the seller or rights holder.
11. Refund Policy, Product Issues, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Because PayForIt is used for digital products that may be delivered instantly, refunds are not automatic. A buyer may request a refund or support review if there is a missing access issue, corrupted delivery, duplicate payment, unauthorized charge claim, misleading product information, technical access problem, or another payment-related issue.
Refund requests should be sent to business@payforit.io or submitted through the platform support system. The request should include the buyer email, product link or product name, transaction information where available, a description of the problem, and any evidence needed to review the case.
PayForIt may resolve disputes by restoring access, contacting the seller, issuing a partial or full refund where supported, restricting a product, adjusting internal balances, suspending payout, or taking another reasonable action based on the situation. Refund decisions may consider product type, delivery logs, access status, subscription status, seller behavior, buyer evidence, abuse risk, and payment provider rules.
Subscription payments are charged for access to the relevant billing period. A cancellation request stops future billing once processed, but it does not automatically refund previous billing periods. PayForIt may review subscription refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical access failures, or other exceptional circumstances.
Chargebacks, reversals, payment disputes, or fraud claims may result in balance deductions, frozen withdrawals, product review, account restrictions, or permanent suspension. Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate product descriptions and delivering what they advertise. Buyers are encouraged to use the support process before opening external payment disputes when the issue can reasonably be handled by support.
12. Affiliate and Referral Rules
PayForIt may provide affiliate and referral systems that allow users to earn from promoting products or inviting new users to the platform. A seller may enable affiliate promotion for a product and choose a commission percentage. Once enabled, the product may appear in the affiliate marketplace if it is active and otherwise eligible. An affiliate may generate a unique tracking link and share it with potential buyers.
When a buyer purchases or subscribes through a valid affiliate tracking link, PayForIt may credit the affiliate with a commission according to the product settings, platform rules, and tracking data available at the time of payment. The seller receives the remaining eligible amount after platform fees and applicable affiliate commissions. For subscription products, eligible affiliate commission may also be applied to successful recurring subscription payments while the affiliate connection remains valid in the platform records.
Affiliate commissions may be delayed, adjusted, reversed, or cancelled if the underlying transaction is refunded, disputed, fraudulent, invalid, self-referred, manipulated, or in violation of platform rules.
The referral system may reward users who invite new sellers, affiliates, or other users into the platform. Referral rewards are generally connected to eligible platform activity and may be calculated from the platform fee or another amount defined by the current referral rules. Referral earnings are not guaranteed and may be withheld or removed if the referred activity is abusive, fake, automated, fraudulent, or created only to generate artificial rewards.
Users may not use spam, fake traffic, misleading claims, impersonation, unauthorized advertising, bot activity, self-purchases, incentive abuse, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, stolen accounts, or any deceptive method to generate affiliate or referral earnings. PayForIt may suspend links, cancel commissions, remove referral rewards, or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
13. Administrative Access, Moderation, and Account Suspension
To operate the platform safely, PayForIt administrators may access and review product information, uploaded files, previews, product pages, sales activity, subscription activity, buyer access records, support tickets, affiliate links, referral activity, account behavior, and other information reasonably necessary for moderation, support, fraud prevention, payment review, security, and legal compliance. This means administrators may be able to see what a seller uploads and sells through the platform.
If administrators determine that content is prohibited, unlawful, high-risk, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of platform rules, PayForIt may remove the content, disable the product, block the access link, restrict delivery, suspend withdrawals, freeze internal balance, limit account features, or suspend or terminate the account. These actions may be taken with or without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
Moderation decisions may be based on administrator review, automated risk signals, payment partner alerts, user reports, buyer tickets, copyright notices, law enforcement requests, or other information available to the platform. PayForIt may also preserve records when necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or defend the platform from legal or payment risk.
14. DMCA, Copyright, and Third-Party Rights
PayForIt does not claim ownership over files or digital products sold by sellers. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they own or have permission to use, sell, update, and distribute the content they upload. If PayForIt receives a credible copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights complaint, or if administrators believe that a product violates copyright rules or third-party rights, the platform may remove the content, disable the product, restrict access, suspend payouts, or block the account.
A seller who repeatedly uploads infringing or unauthorized content may be permanently removed from the platform. Buyers or rights holders who believe that content on PayForIt violates their rights should contact support or use the reporting method provided by the platform. PayForIt may require enough information to identify the content, the claimed rights, and the basis of the complaint before taking action.
15. Data, Verification, and Third-Party Payment Review
PayForIt is designed to avoid unnecessary identity collection directly by the platform. In normal use, the platform does not require sellers or buyers to submit identity documents directly to PayForIt in order to buy, subscribe, or sell. However, PayForIt may process account information, email addresses, guest subscription emails, session data, transaction records, subscription records, product records, support tickets, security logs, moderation logs, and technical information necessary to operate the service.
For large payments, suspicious activity, risk review, payment disputes, legal compliance, or payment provider requirements, a third-party payment system may request identity verification from a buyer or user. That verification is requested by the payment provider or compliance partner, not directly by PayForIt. PayForIt does not store third-party identity documents unless expressly stated, but it may receive limited status information needed to complete, reject, review, or support the transaction.
16. No Guarantee of Income
PayForIt provides tools for monetization, but it does not guarantee sales, subscribers, earnings, affiliate commissions, referral income, traffic, conversion rates, payouts, buyer interest, subscription retention, or business results. Any examples, dashboard numbers, marketing statements, or product descriptions are for informational or illustrative purposes unless specifically tied to a confirmed user account record.
Sellers, affiliates, and referrers are responsible for their own promotion, pricing, product quality, customer communication, legal compliance, tax obligations, and business decisions. PayForIt may change features, rules, fees, payout processes, or eligibility requirements as the platform evolves.
17. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. While PayForIt may seek to maintain reliable uptime, transaction flow, subscription billing status, payment routing, product access, moderation, and support, no absolute guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, instant delivery in every case, payment provider availability, successful subscription renewals, or merchant profitability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayForIt, operated by RVV Pro Games, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, withdrawal delays, content disputes, access interruptions, product removal, account restrictions, subscription payment failures, payment provider actions, third-party verification requests, affiliate tracking issues, referral disputes, chargebacks, or enforcement actions.
18. Changes to Terms
PayForIt may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions may be published through the legal section or inside the platform interface. Continued use of the platform after material changes may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing the current Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Seller Rules, Refund Policy, and any additional platform notices that apply to their use of PayForIt.
19. Support and Legal Contact
For billing questions, refund requests, subscription cancellation support, payment issues, product access issues, account questions, seller questions, or legal notices, contact PayForIt at business@payforit.io.
